Overview
E8 Markets (E8 Funding LLC, Dallas, Texas) describes itself as a SimFi™ (simulated finance) platform. You pay a one-time challenge fee, trade simulated capital, and request payouts based on your validated performance once you reach the Performance stage.
Its flagship product, E8 One, is a customizable one-phase challenge. E8 says it has no payout caps or buffers, no consistency rule during the challenge, and a 40% Best Day rule in the Performance stage. E8 operates Tradelocker, cTrader and Match Trade.
E8's homepage shows how parameters scale: one $100K E8 One configuration listed a $9,000 profit target, $6,000 dynamic drawdown, $4,000 daily drawdown and 80% payout. Parameters vary by account size and options chosen at checkout.
How the evaluation works
- Configure E8 OnePick account size and options, including the drawdown percentage, at checkout.
- Pass one phaseHit the target inside the guardrails. No consistency rule in this phase.
- Performance stageTrade under the 40% Best Day rule; place and close at least one trade every 60 days.
- Payout On DemandRequest any time once eligible; the earliest first request is 3 days in.
Rules in plain English
Dynamic Drawdown
Your loss level is your highest closed balance minus the drawdown amount. It rises only when you close a profit, never on floating gains, so swing traders aren't punished for open P&L. Once closed profits equal the drawdown amount, it locks at the starting balance for good. E8's example: $100,000 account with 6% drawdown starts with a $94,000 floor; after +$7,000 in closed profit it locks at $100,000.
Breach is equity or balance
If equity or balance reaches the loss level, the account is closed permanently, even if the forced close ends above the line.
40% Best Day rule (Performance stage)
Your best day must be no more than 40% of total profit for the payout period. Quick math: best day ÷ 0.40 = total profit needed. A $1,000 best day means you need $2,500. Exceeding it doesn't fail you; keep trading.
Best Day resets after each payout
After a payout, only new profit counts toward the next consistency check. Profit left in the account from earlier cycles doesn't help.
Minimum payout size
On E8 One, net profit must be greater than 50% of your daily drawdown. On a $100,000 account with 4% daily drawdown, that's more than $2,000.
No splitting trades to dodge the rule
Partially closing one winning idea across several days, or close-and-reopen tricks, may be consolidated into a single day.
- E8 states MT5 access is restricted for US citizens, and lists countries it doesn't serve. Check eligibility before you buy.
- E8 notes that payments are for access to educational software and are non-refundable unless unused.
